Spain | Barcelona Gay Pride 2020 - Week package

∙ Arrival to Barcelona and private transfer from the airport to the hotel in either Mercedes E Class or Mercedes Viano

∙ 8pm / 1am – Dinner at a local restaurant (included) and Night Tour.

Barcelona is a popular destination for partygoers with a vibrant bar and club scene. We will start the evening by meeting you at your hotel, and heading towards the popular Gaixample district, where you will find a wide variety of gay pubs and bars.

At the end of the tour, towards 1am (welcome to Spanish time schedules!), we will offer you some last recommendations for you to visit the newest and hottest clubs or the most traditional ones, because Barcelona has been offering the most exciting gay nightlife for more than 25 years.

∙ 12pm/4pm – Modernism and Gaudí Tour with lunch (Catalan cuisine - included) 

With this tour you will be able to enjoy the most famous modernist houses of the city, such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller and Casa Lleó I Morera. After that, we will dive into the streets of the Eixample district and discover other lesser known but equally spectacular architectural gems such as the Casa Calvet, Casa de les Punxes or Casa Macaya.

The tour continues at the Sagrada Familia, a church that has been under construction for over 100 years. There, you will be able to admire the meticulously and richly decorated exterior which portrays many biblical scenes and emphasizes Gaudi’s deeply religious nature. This is one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks, and it will certainly leave you speechless, this tour includes the ticket for the Sagrada Familia.

∙ 5pm – Spare time, Pride Barcelona Village 

Following the recommendations of your tour guide, after lunch you may enjoy everything Pride Barcelona has to offer, such as the high heels race, the Drag Queen competition, and many more surprises. 

∙ Dinner – There will be plenty of food options in the area so you will be able to choose where to have dinner. 

∙ Spare time during the morning – Beach recommendation: Mar Bella Beach

Mar Bella is the most popular gay beach in Barcelona, and it’s also nudist! This beach is perfect to go have a nap and catch up on some sleep, meet some nice new people from all over the world.

∙ 16:00h – LGBTQ Pride Parade

Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel and you will go to the starting point of the Pride protest, where you will meet the rest of participants. We will offer you the best Pride float recommendations for those who wish to enjoy the float experience during the parade.

∙ 21:00h – 01:00h Special Pride Barcelona Party

After the parade, we will continue along the street in order to find the Pride area where the party will continue with shows, concerts, and DJ performances we can all enjoy together.

All street parties will finish before 2am, but the night will still go on for us. You will have an invitation to access one of the most famous gay parties in Barcelona, the ULTRAPOP session at the venue Sala Safari. This invitation guarantees free entrance and one free drink before the venue closes at 6am. A long night to celebrate and enjoy pride until the sun comes up!

∙ Spare time during the morning – We will offer you some restaurant recommendations for lunch. 

∙ 5 pm/8 pm – Gothic Quarter Tour

Although Barcelona is well-known for its modern architecture, it has a history stretching back 2.000 years into the Roman period. You will visit the Arco de Triunfo and the Ciutadella Park, where you will find the Castle of the Three Dragons, the Zoo, the Catalonian Parliament, a spectacular waterfall, and much more. This was the legacy left in the city by the 1888 Barcelona Universal Exposition.

Afterward, you will visit the ancient Gothic Quarter where you will be able to discover something spectacular in every alley, such as the Cathedral, the Roman walls or the Jewish Quarter.  The Sant Jaume Square, the gothic church of Santa María del Mar, and the Paseo del Born, among many others, will take us on a walk-through history with our experienced private tour guides.

∙ 11am / 6pm – Sitges Tour

Just 40 minutes away from Barcelona, Sitges is one of the most famous gay places in Spain. Its popularity goes back to the 80s and when the country's first gay nightclub was opened here.

Picturesque streets, gay beaches and an area full of clubs, restaurants or shops make this town one of the most popular gay destinations in the world.

In this tour, you will see many highlights including the Promenade which leads to the Church of Sant Bartolomé i Santa Tecla, where you will have one of the best views in town.

From there we will visit from the outside some of the most important monuments like Cau Ferrat, the Museu Maricel, the Casa Bacardí or the Fundació Stämplfi, among others.

At around 13:00h we will have lunch in one of the best local restaurants in front of the beach, and after lunch you will be able to choose whether to enjoy some beach time, visit some cultural buildings, or relax by the beach with a drink during the three spare hours we will have before our bus returns to Barcelona at around 6 pm.

Hotel, after sunbathing you can access their roof terrace where you will be able to enjoy some spectacular views of the city while sipping one of their cocktails.
