Tour of the Old City of Jerusalem
After a breakfast at the hotel, we drive to the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem
and a visit to the City of David, birthplace of Jerusalem. We shall pass through the underground tunnels through which Jerusalem was conquered and residents could slip out of the city, and experience the hidden spring where kings were crowned. Next, we walk in illuminated darkness through the waters of Hezekiah’s Tunnel, where water has flowed since the time of the prophets and join the mysterious, magical journey between ancient shafts, walls and fortresses at the City of David.
On Mount Zion, visit King David's tomb, the Room of Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey and then we shall enter the Old City through Zion Gate to the Jewish Quarter. Together we will tour the recently excavated and restored Roman Cardo, an ancient Roman market road at the heart of the city. Our route will lead us to the Western Wall, Judaism’s holiest site and the last remnant of the Second Temple. For the grand finale, we will make our way to the Christian Quarter and walk along the Via Dolorosa to visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher as we join pilgrims from around the world, venerating the Tomb of Jesus Christ.
We will then head back to the hotel, where we’ve freed up the night so that you may explore Jerusalem for yourself, with its quirks and charms, before your overnight stay.
Day 3: Tuesday, June 5th: Jerusalem & the Dead Sea:
After breakfast we will tour the new city of Jerusalem: A drive by the Knesset, Israel’s parliament, the Supreme Court and Mount Herzl.
Visit Yad Vashem
, the world’s premiere Holocaust remembrance and education center, located on the Mount of Remembrance in Jerusalem.

, ranked among the world’s top art and archeological museums: an experience for all the senses and for all interests – from contemporary art to folk art and archeology to sculpture and music. See a Model of Jerusalem as it was 2,000 years ago, as well as the Shrine of the Book, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are housed.
Depart Jerusalem via the Judean Hills and visit Genesis Land
, where you will experience life as it was in biblical times. Visitors to Genesis Land are greeted by Eliezer, Abraham's manservant, and by a train of camels which we will ride down to Abraham's tent of legendary hospitality.
Continue to the lowest point on earth and check in at your hotel at the Dead Sea.
Spend the afternoon enjoying the buoyant therapeutic waters and world famous rejuvenating mud of this mineral-rich sea, the largest all natural spa in the world, before having a dinner together at the Hotel, before retiring overnight at the Dead Sea.
Day 4: Wednesday, June 6th: Masada & the Galilee:
We have an early morning wake up to hike in the cool darkness to the very top of the ancient mountain fortress of Masada
, which was built in the year 30 BCE by King Herod, whose architectural feats have left their mark throughout Israel. At the beginning of the great revolt against Rome in the year 68 CE, Masada was conquered by a group of Jewish zealots, and Masada became their last stronghold. In the year 72, the Romans besieged Masada and succeeded in reaching the steep fortress after constructing a huge earthen ramp on its western side. In the year 73, the 960 Jewish zealots living at the top of Masada chose to commit suicide rather than to fall into the hands of the Romans. Their deeds left behind a saga of courage, heroism, and martyrdom.
On the top of Masada we will watch the day begin with a spectacular sunrise over the Moab Mountains and the Judean Desert. At the top of the mountain, discover the history of one the greatest Jewish symbols of hope and pride. You will descend the mountain fortress by cable car, before enjoying a breakfast back at the hotel resort, with free time at the Dead Sea
to enjoy the SPA and the private beach. Then we depart the Dead Sea Resort and drive to the Galilee
in Northern Israel, where we shall visit Arbel Cliff
and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee
and the Golan Heights.
After the spectacular views Check in at your hotel at the Sea of Galilee for Sun and fun at a private beach, before having a group dinner at the Hotel, with an overnight stay at Kibbutz Nof Ginosar Hotel.
Day 5: Thursday, June 7th Golan/Nazareth/ Tel Aviv:
Thursday begins with breakfast at the hotel and a morning swim in the Sea of Galilee
before a scenic Drive to the Golan Heights. Enjoy a jeep tour that will take you into the depths of the beautiful and fascinating landscape of the Golan Heights, Israel’s northern-most region. We will go into the heart of the hills and valleys that characterize this incredible region, with its beautiful nature, wildlife, history, and modern-day activities. Driving along dirt tracks, passing through streams, through orchards and groves, small villages, and extinct volcanic landforms.
Later, we depart the Golan Heights and continue to Nazareth
which according to the New Testament was the childhood home of Jesus. You’ll visit the Church of St Joseph which houses the Basilica of the Annunciation, an impressive site where the angel Gabriel informed Mary she would give birth to Jesus. Nazareth is the largest Arab city in Israel, with a distinct Middle Eastern flavor. Check out the charming local markets located in the winding cobbled streets of the Old City, as you explore the city.
