After a welcoming caffè at their local coffee shop, you and your guides will take a short walk to collect the bikes by the Tiber River.
You’ll ride along the cycling track to the historic Prati Neighbourhood, and after strolling through the amazing Rome Flower Market – only open to the public on Tuesday mornings – you’ll ride back to the Flaminio Neighbourhood for an Italian lunch accompanied by the finest wines served to you by your house-sommelier, Maria Laura.
Sample menu: a selection of olives, sun-dried tomatoes and breads, served with Prosecco; fresh pasta with artichoke sauce accompanied by wine; wild lettuce salad with edible flowers; Italian “tozzetti” biscuits served with rose liqueur; mineral water and coffee.
